I'm a UX leader based in Mumbai. I'm currently Head of Digital Transformation & UX Design at BodhiTree Multimedia, a listed production house, leading AI strategy across content operations, production workflows and new digital revenue lines.

Before that I led design at IndiGo, India's largest airline, rebuilding the booking experience millions of people fly with, launching BluChip, the airline's first-ever loyalty program, and shaping its move into hotels and marketplaces.

Across 12+ years I've stayed close to the craft, in the weeds with researchers, PMs, and engineers on the research, the systems, and the small interactions that make a product feel effortless. The work I'm proudest of was never made alone.
