I'm a UX leader based in Mumbai. Most recently I led design at IndiGo — India's largest airline — rebuilding the booking experience millions of people fly with, launching BluChip, the airline's first-ever loyalty program, and shaping its move into hotels and marketplaces. Across 11+ years I've stayed close to the craft, in the weeds with researchers, PMs, and engineers on the research, the systems, and the small interactions that make a product feel effortless. The work I'm proudest of was never made alone.
